Pastor Mel is the founder and lead servant of Grace Community Mobile Church, a ministry dedicated to taking the gospel beyond the walls and into the streets, neighborhoods, and cities where people live. Answering the call of God, she carries a passion for discipleship, prayer, and building communities of faith that bring healing, hope, and restoration.
With a heart for outreach and a vision to establish disciples who will one day lead works in their own cities, Pastor Mullins leads with compassion, boldness, and an unwavering commitment to the mission of Christ: to go and make disciples of all nations.
